Dr. Olena Oleksiienko (Doctor of Engineering)
Business Development Manager
An expert in energy efficiency and the standardisation of building constructions. Active in the construction industry since 2008 in Ukraine and since 2022 in Poland. In 2019-2022, she led the State Scientific Laboratory for Research on Structures and Building Materials in Ukraine. She has collaborated with companies such as Caparol Ukraine, Henkel Bautechnik, and the Ukrainian Association of Foamed Plastics Manufacturers. Olena is a specialist in designing of energy-saving building solutions, building modernisation, national norms and standards, as well as in the harmonisation of EU standards with Ukrainian regulations. Her competencies include energy certification of buildings, energy audits, research in thermodynamics and fire safety, certification of construction products, CE tests, and 3D modelling of thermal processes in constructions.
He has specialised in the development and implementation of quality management systems for more than 20 years. He has collaborated with about 200 companies, helping them meet national and EU requirements. His competencies are confirmed by the numerous certificates obtained by his clients.
Yuliia Huz is a highly qualified engineer and designer with over 15 years of experience in building and thermal modernisation design. Her professional work focuses on developing efficient technical solutions that significantly reduce energy consumption in buildings, increase user comfort, and minimise environmental impact.
Hea graduated at Gdańsk University of Technology and South China University of Technology (SCUT) in Guangzhou. He specialises in polymer materials technology. He has led industrial projects on the synthesis and degradation of polyurethanes and synthetic resins. He holds internal auditor certifications for ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 standards. Currently he performs doctoral research on innovation development in China at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
A graduate of the Central School of Fire Service in Warsaw (Apoż Warsaw). He received his professional knowledge at the Faculty of Fire Safety Engineering, combining studies with extensive technical experience in the laboratory industry. He specialises in optimising processes of R&D, quality control, and accredited laboratories, focusing on improving efficiency, repeatability, and compliance with standards.
Designer, physicist, programmer. A graduate of the Faculty of Physics at the University of Warsaw, specialising in the design and implementation of advanced measurement systems and laboratory automation solutions. For over 30 years, he has worked at the intersection of science, engineering, and cutting-edge technologies, connecting knowledge in physics with a practical constructor’s approach and extensive software experience.
